Gateway Re-Roof Project Kitsap Transit is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to remove and properly dispose of the existing roof system. The Contractor will inspect the existing substrate and make repairs as needed. Once the substrate is prepped, the Contractor will install a new single ply membrane roofing system. Kitsap Transit's South Base Facility is located at: 1430 Retsil Road Port Orchard, WA 98366.
