Hangar Door C33-05 Replacement A.1 Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the hangar door replacement work as per the following scope of work o Provide clear delineation of work area while on-site. o Provide periodic and daily clean-up of surrounding work area / taxiways to ensure all debris is removed from pavement. o Paine Field to supply and install any/all new signage to hangar doors. A.2 Demolish existing damaged hangar door panels as required. A.3 Remove, Repair and Reinstall existing door track. Repair procedure shall be approved by engineer. o If track is unrepairable a suitable replacement will be allowed. o Replacement track shall be approved by the engineer prior to procurement of materials. A.4 Provide and install new corrugated aluminum hangar doors and all required hardware to deliver a fully functional system that matches the existing hangars including material thickness. o Unmatched materials/design shall be approved by the engineer prior to procurement of materials. o Aluminum siding to be factory painted white and be approved by engineer A.5 New man door, exterior color to match existing building paint. A.6 Provide and install new approved (by PAE) exterior handle/s and locking mechanism/s. The work shall be completed within five (5) working days from Notice to Proceed.
