The City of Salinas' Public Works Department is currently seeking to retain on-call consultants for the following categories: 1. Up to five (5) consultants for on call engineering & project management services; 2. Up to three (3) consultants for traffic and transportation engineering services; and 3. Up to three (3) consultants for NPDES support services. The term of the contracts will be five years (2022-2027). Anticipated services are for project design and construction activities and may include, but are not limited to: General Consulting, Peer Review, Civil Engineering, Planning, Grant Writing, Environmental CEQA/NEPA support services, Environmental reconnaissance, traffic and transportation engineering, NPDES support, and other tasks associated with Public Works design and construction support/services. These services will provide preliminary engineering, environmental, engineering design, NPDES, and construction support services for various City Capital Improvements Projects (CIPs). This Request for Qualifications describes the Scope of Services, the necessary components of the Statement of Qualifications, the Consultant selection process, and a sample copy of the Standard Professional Services Agreement.
