As of 8/25/22 The Centura Public Schools Board of Education rejected the project at their August board meeting so consequently as of this point in time there is no project and CMR proposals are not being sought nor accepted at this point in time. It is undetermined whether it will be rebid at this time. Centura Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM) to provide construction management at risk services for a School Facilities Improvement Project, comprised of new construction and/or remodeling of existing facilities likely resulting in, but not necessarily limited to, updated classrooms, creation of new commons space, remodeled food service kitchen, new weight room, and new locker rooms.
