Description: Scope of work consists of a new approximately 31,631 square feet (sf) vehicle maintenance facility. This administration and storage rooms for this facility will be constructed with concrete tilt-up walls with a steel structure and roof system with a 3-ply modified bituminous Roof system. The maintenance bay areas and supporting spaces will be constructed with concrete tilt walls with a pre-engineered metal Building structure and roof system. A 15 ton bridge crane will cover six proposed vehicle maintenance work bays. Other work includes a detached enclosed unheated storage pre-engineered metal building (2,277 sf), detached pre-engineered controlled waste structures (330 sf), detached pre-engineered bulk petroleum, oils, and lubricants pre-engineered storage structures (440 sf), and a detached pre-engineered flammable materials structures (660 sf) to support consolidated maintenance operations of the Florida Army National Guard. Civil work includes land development for military and privately-owned vehicle parking, access roads, and paving for operations. Work also includes security fencing, sidewalks , curbing, and utility connections. The facilities will be located at a state-leased site on 100 fin drive in Palm Coast, Florida.
