The Work consists of the construction of over 4,320-ft of new 6"-8" PVC water main and approximately 1,113-ft of new 1" water service lines for future water services in the existing Willow Woods single family residential community located west of SR A1A and approximately 831-ft if 3" PE water service line on Rawlins Road. Reconstruction of the existing stabilized dirt roads along construction areas is also part of the project construction. The Project is located along Old A1A, Elizabeth Dr. East, Wendi Ln, Elizabeth Dr. West, Debra Ln., and Rawlins Rd. near Palm Coast.
