Renovation of an educational facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University of Nebraska intends to procure a qualified contractor to provide pre-construction and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the Roskens Hall; STEM Trail Center Renovation project. The estimated construction cost for the CMR Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is $4,095,000. The total estimated construction budget including the GMP, Owner's other construction contracts, and Owner's contingency is $4,311,400. This project proposes the renovation of the Plaza Level of Roskens Hall and modification of the adjacent plaza to the east on UNO's Campus. This renovation would make a relatively unusable and inflexible space on campus to be useful and engaging through interactive, active learning classrooms; multi-functional space; and flexible research and collaboration spaces throughout.
