The cabinet shall be constructed as follows: Cabinet shall incorporate one (1) two-sided standard Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) 19" rack. Material: 0.125" Aluminum Type 5052-H32 Continuous weld on all external edges exposed to environment All exterior welds are TIG process. All interior welds are MIG process. Two (2) lifting ears provided for placing cabinet on foundation. Each eye has minimum of diameter of 1.0" and capable of supporting 1,000lbs Weather stripping/gasket applied around doors, gasket material MIL R 6130 TY2 Grade 1 Will contain the 3-point latching system; locking bars are aluminum and can withstand 500N of prying tension with nylon rollers at top and bottom. Nylon rollers have steel ball bearings and overall diameter no less than 0.875" D Doors are 0.125" thick aluminum Each door contains stainless steel handles that are padlock ready. Standard CORBIN #2 Lock provided Doors positions at 0, 90, 120 degrees; door stop mounted at the top of cabinet All external hardware is stainless steel and tamper proof. Pleated media air filter provided. Door handles rotate toward hinge to open Term of agreement shall be one (1) year upon execution of contract; with option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms.
