Renovation of a municipal facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 46,600-square-foot municipal facility.
**As of October 6, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to install new 90 Mil, 30 year warranty , EPDM Roof over existing 46,600 SF standing seam roofs. Includes the demolition of existing flashings, gutters and downspouts; Installing flute fill EPS system in existing standing seam metal roof; Installing mechanically fastened cover board; Installing fully adhered EPDM Membrane; Installation of new flashings, and Raising the roof vents and roof hatches.
