Renovation of a municipal facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 10/21/2022, all bids have been rejected. There are no plans for a rebid at this time. Lincoln Electric System (LES) is seeking a qualified installer to remove and install HVAC ceiling fixtures per LES Specification included in this solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Services Contract; and 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation.
