RMLD Parking Lot Repairs to approximately 3,500 square feet of the rear parking lot. -Saw cut along outer edge of the designated area. -Dig out and remove compromised bituminous concrete. Pulverize 10"- 12" deep, mixing and blending materials. -Thoroughly compact the area with approved material for the base with a vibratory roller. -Provide and place 2.5" of bituminous concrete binder and roll. -Provide and place 1.5" bituminous concrete finish and roll. -Emulsion and sand perimeter edges to ensure proper bond.
