Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Harviell, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
**As of October 28, 2022 , project was over the budget. No definite date for the rebid.** Hourly wages, as set forth by Davis-Bacon and the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and the prevailing wage law, will be complied with on this project. Performance Bond and Material and Labor Payment Bond in amount of 100% of contract price shall be furnished by successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waives any informality in the bidding. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Goals for minority participation: 10% Goals for Female participation: 10%
