Site work for a swimming pool in Maplewood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The City of Maplewood is accepting bids for resurfacing the pool concession floor at 7550 Lohmeyer Avenue. The City of Maplewood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Scope of Work Two rooms totaling 824 square feet. Degrease entire area. Acid etch and grind to prepare surface. Key in around drains and edges. Apply urethane resurfacer inch and broadcast aggregate. Apply chemical resistant epoxy topcoat with nonslip texture. All job debris will be hauled away from the jobsite by the contractor. Any additional work must be addressed in change order request submitted to the City, which will list time and materials needed. Contractor will be responsible for protecting the workspace. Contractor will be responsible to keep the work area as clean and tidy as possible and eliminate any potential hazards All work will be performed Monday-Friday between the hours of 7 a.m.4:30 p.m.
