Carver Public Library HVAC Equipment Replacement Sub Bid Category Electrical and Plumbing HVAC Contractor shall be the General Contractor. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work shall commence as specified under the Owner's Notice to Proceed and shall proceed in a continuous and uninterrupted manner until completion 1. On or before May 25, 2023, the project shall be substantially complete with the cooling system fully operational and the heating and ventilating system shall be fully operational by June 9, 2023. 2. Project schedule shall be strictly adhered to for the system to be fully operational by June 9, 2023, anticipated schedule is as follows: a. Project Award: September 29, 2022 b. Submittals: October 2022 c. Product Lead Time (10-18 weeks) d. Demolition March 2023 e. Installation: January-May 2023 f. Commissioning: late May 2023 g.
