Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kensington, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is located along Broadway Street South (Route 2) from the Robins to the Independent Grocer in Kensington, PEI. The work for this project involves the construction of approximately 120 meters of new integrated concrete curb sidewalk, roadside asphalt reinstatement, signage reinstatement, asphalt curb removal, topsoiling, grass sodding and other miscellaneous items required to complete the project scope. This includes removal of existing concrete and asphalt sidewalk, as well as asphalt and clay driveway repairs. Tender documents may be obtained by emailing your request to: gail.desroches@wsp.com . Hard copies can be provided for a non-refundable amount of $100.00 per set. Cheque made payable to Town of Kensington.
