The RMC is seeking one entity to provide professional land surveying services to assist the RMC with the formation of the Lower Los Angeles River Recreation and Park District (Park District) including but not limited to, field surveys of boundaries, topographic survey and mapping, property descriptions, easement plans and right-of-way maps, record of survey, and other surveying services necessary for the project. The areas to be surveyed are located in south-eastern Los Angeles County, also known as the Gateway Cities region. The Park District boundary is approximately 116 miles and mostly follows city boundaries and street centerlines. In the opinion of the Rivers and the Mountains Conservancy, this RFP is complete and without need of explanation. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
