Site work for a civil project in Mount Morris, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

As of June 6, 2023, this project is on hold. No definite time for re-bid. The project involves the project involves the construction of a paved walking trail, parking area and a storm water collection system that includes underground facilities. The Invitation, preparation and submittal of bidding requirements, all materials furnished and all work shall conform to all applicable parts of the contract documents. The project shall be constructed per PennDOT Pub 408 latest edition. Any requests for clarifications or questions shall be submitted to perrytwp@widmerengineering.com. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bank Check, Money Order, or Bidder Surety Bond equaling ten (10) percent of the bid amount as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract shall be entered into and its performance properly secured. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time set for the bid opening. Upon successful award of the contract, a 100% Performance, 100% Payment and 100% Maintenance Bond shall be required. The minimum wage rates for each craft or classification of all workmen needed to perform each contract during the anticipated term hereof shall be governed by the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rate Determination attached to the bidding documents. The Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the Township.
