Renovation of a municipal facility in Mt Morris, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Sealed proposals are requested for the supply and installation of the following items: one hot water boiler installation, two HTP high efficient wall hung boilers, one HTP indirect domestic hot water tank, one HTP cascade kit, one expansion tank, one expansion tank 1-2 taco air scoop, one flange set with ball valve, one Taco 3-speed pump, one Taco pump with 2-1/2 flanges, and two Pro 701 thermostats. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality. Bids for third class cities must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract value must be submitted by the successful bidder within 20 days of contract award. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Liquidated damages of $870.00 per calendar day apply.
