Site work for a water / sewer project in Westmont, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Consists of the replacement of approximately 1,100 LF of 10 sanitary sewer lines, municipal roadway restoration, and all related work. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The Work is in Westmont Borough, Cambria County, PA. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents and executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount and shall also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
