The Greater Johnstown Water Authority (Owner) is requesting sealed Bids for the construction of the Pomona Drive Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project, consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 1,705 LF of 8" sanitary sewer lines with 8-inch Fold and Form trenchless pipe installation methods, replacement of 9 sanitary manholes, replacement of 35 sanitary sewer lateral connections at the mainline, municipal roadway restoration, and all related work. Bidders must comply with all State anti-bid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. The Contractor shall also comply with the provisions of the Act of March 3, 1978 (P.L. 6, No. 3 known as the "Steel Procurement Act") and shall adhere to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates as set forth in the Contract Documents.
