Residential Handicapped Access Ramp Construction Construction of a Handicap Accessible Ramp at One of Our Ada Accessible Residential Homes A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Indian Creek Foundation of Souderton, PA, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each Bid. This Contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, which provides that training, employment, and other economic opportunities generated by HUD assistance or HUD-assisted projects covered by section 3, shall, to the greatest extent feasible, be directed to low- and very low-income persons, particularly persons who are recipients of HUD assistance for housing. RATES OF WAGES: When indicated herein the Contractor and any subcontractor shall fully comply with the applicable Wage Rate Decisions of the United States Department of Labor or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, or the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry. Contractor's bid shall include in the bid a breakdown of the project costs including each subcontractor trade and including a statement that the bid total cost is in conformance with the design intent of the Contract Documents and including any Addendum issued after the required preconstruction meeting. Prior to awarding the contract, bids may be held by the Indian Creek Foundation for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders. Question Deadline 07/17/2025 at 4:00 PM ET - Questions regarding this project shall be submitted through the "Ask a question" feature on online. The Indian Creek Foundation of Souderton, PA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding when, in the opinion of the CEO or his designee, such rejections or waivers shall be to its interest or advantage.
