The West Broad Elementary School Renovations. This will be a hybrid GESA project with ICS/CMTA Inc. is acting as the Prime Contractor under a Pennsylvania Act 39/77 Guaranteed Energy Savings Agreement with Souderton Area School District with a parallel public bid project. A list of GESA subcontracts includes: General Trades, Mechanical & Plumbing, Electrical & Power, Test Adjust Balance, Fire Protection, HVAC Controls, HVAC Equipment. All QUESTIONS will be submitted via email in the bidding phase. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 pm, Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
