Renovation of a swimming pool in Souderton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Sealed Bids will be received by Souderton Borough For: Souderton Community Swimming Pool- Activity Pool Plastering 460 Wile Avenue, Souderton, PA 18964. The project will generally include preparation, grinding, repair of any loose plaster, acid wash, bond coat and application of a new exposed aggregate pool finish. The project must be completed by May 1, 2024 to enable the opening of the pool by the Memorial Day weekend. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the "Messages/Vendor Discussions" feature in PennBid by Friday, February 9, 2024 by 12:00 PM. Souderton Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals.
