A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Indian Creek Foundation of Souderton, PA, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each Bid. RATES OF WAGES: When indicated herein the Contractor and any subcontractor shall fully comply with the applicable Wage Rate Decisions of the United States Department of Labor or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, or the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry.
