**As of June 10, 2025, the project was awarded to Bray Brothers, Inc., with an awarded amount of $310,094.05.** This contract includes a base bid for the milling, base repair and paving of specified roadways within New Britain Township. The base bid also includes the replacement of several existing accessible ramps at specified locations. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, including but not limited to being accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to the New Britain Township. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish proof of insurance, performance and payment bonds for 100% of the amount of the contract and maintenance bond in such form as meets the approval of the New Britain Township and having as security thereon such Surety company or companies as are approved by New Britain Township. New Britain Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids. PN - 24-0053
