**As of June 26, 2024, This project has been awarded to Davidheiser Construction Services, with the awarded amount of $165,353.75. This project shall involve the bio-engineered stabilization of stream banks along a Neshaminy Creek tributary in Brittany Farms subdivision near 200 Hampshire Drive, Chalfont, PA, 18914. The stabilization work will include the installation of stone toe protection and rock vanes and the grading of embankments with erosion control fabric and a combination of woody and herbaceous plants. There is a base bid and possible alternates for six total subareas within the Township property. Questions Due Date: May 20th 2024, 1:00 PM EDT A Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of Bidder s maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check the bid amount (up to $5,000) The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever
