The BC Liquor Distribution Branch ("LDB") requests proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment Services, including maintenance, repairs and replacement. The LDB has over 238 locations, including 198 BCLS, 35 BCCS, four (4) distribution centres, and head office locations, that require HVAC and refrigeration equipment services (the "Services"). Proponents are invited to submit proposals for maintaining, repairing, supplying and installing equipment (if necessary), which includes but is not limited to circulation pumps, chillers, hydraulic boilers, cooling towers, air handling units, make-up air units, split units, unit heaters, air curtains, specialty refrigeration equipment, roof top units, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and furnaces. The LDB has broken up its requirements for Services into Zones 1 through 10. This RFP is for all 10 Zones, any and all of which the Proponent may choose to submit a proposal for.
