Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Chilmark, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
CHILMARK is seeking quotes for the replacement of the Kohler 20Kw backup generator at the Community Center, 520 South Road. We are requesting a propane fired 24Kw generator, equal to or better than an air-cooled Generac 24KW, that is suitable for use at the community emergency shelter with run time of no less than 72 hours continuous load. This installation quote shall be all inclusive of any and all services necessary to provide a "turn-key" solution. The generator should be available for installation within 30 days of acceptance of the quote. This site has a Photovoltaic array on the roof that produces electricity using AC micro-inverters. A future whole building battery back-up (ie. Tesla/enPhase/GeneracPWRcell) is planned and this installation should take those installation needs into consideration. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
