The awarded contractor shall complete the following. o AC Unit and Dehumidifier Service and Repair: o Inspect and service the main AC unit, including cleaning coils, filters, and condensate lines. o Inspect and service each of the three dehumidifiers, including cleaning coils, filters, and condensate lines. o Diagnose and repair any malfunctions identified in the AC unit and dehumidifiers. o Verify proper refrigerant levels (if applicable) for the AC unit. o Replace any worn or damaged parts in the AC unit and dehumidifiers. o Telecommunication Room AC Service and Repair o Inspect and service the dedicated AC unit for the telecommunication room, including cleaning coils, filters, and condensate lines. o Diagnose and repair any malfunctions identified in the telecommunication room AC unit. The blower has a very bad vibration. o Verify proper refrigerant levels (if applicable) for the telecommunication room AC unit. o Replace any worn or damaged parts in the telecommunication room AC unit. o Air Handler Balancing o Inspect and balance all air handlers within the building to ensure proper pressurization throughout. o Adjust airflow rates to achieve optimal comfort and prevent humidity issues.
