Removal and proper disposal of the existing roofing assemblies and all associated components down to the existing roof deck at areas shown on the Project Drawings, including the stone ballast. Items to removed are listed on Project Drawings. Install new drains at areas shown on the Project Drawings Installation of new roofing systems at areas shown on the Project Drawings and consisting of insulation, tapered insulation, cover board, and a hybrid 4-ply roofing system (3-ply BUR with a reinforced modified bitumen cap sheet). Install new fall protection life safety equipment at areas shown on Project Drawings Bidders Questions must be submitted through Mason's Construction Management Software, e-Builder on or before Tuesday, 06 September 2022. Owner reserves the right to respond to any questions received after the date as indicated in the Invitation for Bid. Responses will be issued by Addendum on Friday, 09 September 2022.
