Three Creek School Custodial Duties and Estimated Time Needed for Purposes of Bidding This Position, Please Consider the Following to Be a Generalized List of Duties. From Time to Time Additional Services Will Be Required. Cleaning the Inside of the Community Center, Two Classrooms, Two Kitchens, Four Bathrooms, the Breezeway and One Entrance is Expected. During the Time Cleaning is Taking Place, Always Note and Report Anything Needing to Be Replaced or Repaired. Daily: (All Scheduled Days for Building to Be in Use) Sanitation of Counters, Sinks, Fridges, Microwaves Sweeping and Mopping Floors Trash Dumping Drinking Cups and Any Dishes Left Check Cupboards and Fill Supplies (Paper Towels, Plastic Ware, Plates, Napkins, Cleaning Wipes) *wipe Off Ranges and Clean Refrigerators (Inside) Weekly Sanitize Toilet Seats, Sinks, and Wall Splashes, Doorknobs, Light Switches, Etc. Sweep, Mop, Remove Trash, Stock Paper Supplies (Plates, Napkins, Paper Towels) Check Soap Dispensers *scrub Toilets at Least Weekly and as Needed *check and Clean Baseboards, Backsplashes, and Other Wall Areas as Needed Community Center: Vacuum Thoroughly at Least Once Per Week Dust Window Ledges, Check All Doors Classrooms: Empty All Trash Sanitize All Tables, Chairs, and Counters Use Sweeper and/or Spot-mopping as Needed Weekly: Dust Window Ledges, Chalk Rails, Bookcases, Computer Stations, Etc. Check for Cobwebs Wash Inside Windows Clean Out Lighting Fixtures(Carpeted Classroom) Estimated Time to Complete Above Tasks is: 1-2 Hours Daily on School Days With an Additional 4-6 Hours Weekly Additionally, Cleaning the Community Center, Kitchen and Restrooms Following Public Events Total Estimated Time for All Duties is Under 40 Hours Per Month Please send bids for the following to: Three Creek School 49909 Three Creek Hwy Rogerson, ID 83302 Or gusbrackett@rtci.net All bids must be received by August 20, 2022 at 7:00 PM to be considered.
