Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Athol, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

IDPR desires to develop the Farragut State Park, Peterson Camp area into a new multigenerational group camping concept. The group camp will consist of several pods which accommodate approximately fifty people each desiring a variety of overnight camping accommodations including RV sites, tent sites, and small camper cabins. This concept will allow a diverse group of individuals of all abilities to experience the camping experience together. The area to be designed is approximately a thirty-acre site. The area will be developed for parking and circulation of large recreational vehicles, RV campsites, tent sites, small camper cabins, group shelters, vault toilets, shared shower/restroom building, shared activity area, and host sites. Site design will include access for staff and maintenance vehicles, pedestrian a vehicular access, landscaping, signage, and water/sewer/electrical infrastructure. Infrastructure design should consider grey water disposal at cooking areas.
