the Butler County Sheriff: Installment of Electronic Graphic Control Panels in accordance with specifications under Request for Proposal No. 2022-004. Bidders are required to complete and submit with proposal ALL forms that are included with the specifications packet. Bidders are required to use the forms furnished by the County when submitting their proposal. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all proposals, to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the County as determined by the Board, and to hold proposal valid for ninety (90) days from the bid date. Proposals are to be SEALED and delivered to the office of the Butler County Sheriff's Office, and each proposal shall bear on its face the name and address of the bidder and shall be plainly marked "Request for Proposal No. 2022-004, Installment of Electronic Graphic Control Panels". Specifications for Project Installation of Electronic Graphic Control Panels: 1.The Butler County Sheriff's Office is requesting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the installation of electronic graphic control panels within each correctional housing units located at the Butler County Correctional Facility, 705 Hanover Street, Hamilton, Ohio. The Butler County Correctional Facility is a single story correctional facility and is approximately 235,000 square feet and built in 2002. 2. The vendor must remove the current panels. 3. The new computer based Human Machine Interface (HMI) stations will be located in A, B, C, D, E, F, G, J, H1-2 and H3 correctional housing units. 4. The new stations need to be developed to operate consistent with the existing control panels and the HMI central control station. 5. The new HMI needs to have the ability to implement cell specific classification markers or graphics and shall interface with the current audio intercommunications system. 6. A turnkey operation is requested at the completion of the project to replace the current system. 7. Describe in detail the specifics of the dedicated, physical control panel that will be used to monitor and control the electronics within each correctional housing unit. 9. Vendor shall identify include any other equipment or programming that is needed to complete the system. Vendor may include other equipment or programming that would enhance the current system so that BCSO may evaluate the benefit to current operations. 10. Vendor shall provide warranty information for system unit and labor/installation. 11. Vendor will obtain permits at Vendor expense, if applicable. 12. Vendor shall provide estimated period of time needed to complete project. 13. Current system wiring diagrams & documentation available upon request.
