Building 100 is a metal one-story structure constructed as an open space building for Vehicle Maintenance. This facility has not received any significant upgrades in many years. The primary purpose of the project is to repair this facility for Vehicle Maintenance R-11 repairs. This will require some repairs and upgrade to the some areas of the building envelope inside and outside, roof and partial interior of the building. electrical infrastructure (explosion proof electrical devices), Lighting distribution, Fire Alarm and Detection systems, new finishes inside and outside, doors, roof system, and exterior paint coating. Construction/contract completion time is 150 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch lists.
