The State of Colorado, Institution of Colorado State University (CSU), is soliciting the submittal of proposals from Design/Build (D/B) Entities using a Design/Build (D/B) Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) acquisition, contracting, and project delivery strategy. CSU intends to select a D/B Entity to incrementally complete work on the project including the program plan verification, the design phases of the project, construction of the project, and the contractual closeout of the project.CSU is not responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the Request for Proposals and addenda if accessed elsewhere.
