CTH B Reconstruction Project for Pavement Marking The bid will be awarded at the Pierce County Highway Committee meeting on September 1, 2022 at 8:30 AM. The information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following location: 621 Cairns St., Ellsworth, WI 54011. Prequalification of Bidders will not be required. The Contract shall be subject to Wis. Stats. 66.0903 pertain-ing to prevailing wage rates and Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the actual day of the opening thereof. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids may be funded in part by a grant from the Communi-ty Development Block Grant Program. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
