Perpetuation project: Resurfacing of 3 miles of IH 39/90/94 from north Dane County Line north in both directions. Project includes base patching, shoulder replacement, HMA overlay, drainage as well as spot beam guard repairs and/or replacements and culvert repairs. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
