Site work for a municipal facility in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
A description of the Work to be performed is: all management services relating to structuring the financing, planning, design, construction and installation of public improvements the District is authorized to finance and/or construct pursuant to its Service Plan. Attention is called to the fact that Bidders offer to assume the obligations and liabilities imposed by the Contract Documents. Bidders are hereby advised that the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the sixty (60) day time period. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is in the opinion of the Owner in its best interest. Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
