Uintah County is soliciting proposals in order to restore power to 2 rows of RV electrical pedestals at Campground A located on the South side near the Oval Track Diamond Mountain Speedway at the Buckskin Hills Recreation Complex. Uintah County is looking to improve/repair the electrical pedestals in Campground A that have lost power, and or lost a phase of power. There are several pedestals that do not have full 240v power. Also, camping space # 3 needs a new pedestal wired and installed. The successful bidder must meet the minimum but not limited to specifications: Requirements o Troubleshoot the 2 rows of electrical pedestals that are on the North end of the park comprising camp spots 1-24 o Identify which pedestals are fully functioning and which ones need repaired o Installation my require new feeders from the RV pedestal MDP's to fix the circuits o Install updated panel schedules in the MDP's that are worked in o One of the MDP cabinets has a broken handle that needs fixed o RV pedestal for camp site #3 needs completely replaced o Test all newly installed electrical equipment for correct operation o Schedule a time with Buckskin Hills Manager to visit the site for more info. Items that should be considered and included in the proposal: Bids need to include package price for items listed Please submit an installation price along with the materials list price Prices should be tax exempt Items listed above need to be shipped as soon as possible. Installation needs to be complete by November 1, 2022 Uintah County retains the right to reject or accept the bids at their discretion.
