Uintah County is soliciting proposals for the foundation construction and insulation of the pump station that runs the snow guns at the Buckskin Hills Tube and Ski Snow Hill. Uintah County is looking to improve the Tube and Ski/Snowboarding hill at the Buckskin Hills Event Complex. A foundation needs to be constructed under the pump station along with insulating the building. Please see the specifications. The successful bidder must meet the minimum but not limited to specifications: Requirements o Electrician to disconnect power and light service lines o Welder to cut existing water lines inside the pump station o Equipment to lift the pump house o Provide options for a long-term stable foundation for the pump house o Install a long-term stable foundation for the pump house o Set pump station on new foundation o Re-wire and connect power and light service lines o Provide piping and weld water lines back into place o Provide options on how to best insulate the pump station o Pump house needs to be insulated for winter ops Items that should be considered and included in the proposal: Bids need to include package price for items listed above Please submit an installation price separate from the materials list price Prices should be tax exempt Items listed above need to be shipped as soon as possible. Installation needs to be complete by November 1, 2022 Agree to let Uintah County Staff to help with the project as time allows to keep the cost down Uintah County retains the right to reject or accept the bids at their discretion.
