The City of Flandreau, South Dakota, will accept statements of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms for engineering services for proposed development on the Flandreau Municipal Airport, Flandreau, South Dakota. SOQs Runway reconstruction, lighting improvements & partial parallel to ends of runway Hangar taxi lane improvements project AWOS III Access road and parking lot Parallel taxiway Revenue producing hangar Apron and taxi lane reconstruction Statements of Qualifications shall set forth the qualifications to accomplish engineering services for the period of the years 2023 through 2027 at Flandreau Municipal Airport. Firms shall demonstrate their qualifications by addressing the questions contained in the Consultant Selection Criteria. The selected firm is encouraged to obtain DBE engineering services or provide Good Faith Effort for this project. Upon receipt of Statement of Qualifications, the City of Flandreau, shall select the most qualified firm to perform the anticipated work. Selection will be performed in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E. Anticipated fees shall not be included in the SOQ, and each project will be negotiated with the selected firm following the selection period. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
