Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Flandreau, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.

The project may include insulated concrete forms or precast tilt-up construction, concrete, masonry, CLT wood structure, structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, site work, and landscaping. It may also include items that will be directly tied to Net Zero design principles such as solar panels, solar tubes, geothermal heating/cooling, etc. It may also include items to meet the "Clean Air Buildings" challenge stated herein. The selected firm will act as the single provider of Construction Management services for this project. The total project budget is yet to be determined. A pre-construction phase will occur during the Summer/Fall 2023. The construction phase will commence in the Spring of 2024.
