It is the purpose of this contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, traffic and erosion control necessary to clean lift stations, clean and internally televise and inspect sanitary sewer mains and to restore all properties disturbed by such efforts. This contract includes accessing the existing sanitary trunk sewer through appropriate easements, bypass pumping, internal televising, inspection of sewer mains and manholes, and restoration in accordance with the City of Sugar Land (COSL) specifications. Contractors bidding on this project should be thoroughly familiar with the specifications and practices of this department. The term of this Contract shall automatically renew without further documentation or agreement annually for four additional one-year terms under the terms and conditions provided herein, unless written notice of a party's intent not to renew is received by the other party on or before thirty (30) days before the expiration of the then current term
