The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts (when mutually agreed), supervision and transportation necessary to provide inspection, maintenance and monitoring of all fire alarm systems for the City of Sugar Land. Primarily, the Contractor shall be required to perform inspection, maintenance specified in the Official Bid Form for various City of sugar Land Facilities. Performance for any services described herein shall be initiated upon receipt by the Contractor of an authorized Work Order or Letter of Authorization issued on behalf of the Facility Services Division.
