As of November 10, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Furnishing of paving of hot asphalt for one project for Pulaski County during the year of 2022, in the Pulaski County Highway Department conference room, located at 1131 N. US Highway 35 Winamac, IN 46996. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on bid proposal forms, accompanied by a NonCollusion Affidavit and a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to Pulaski County in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid. Each bid shall include a Non-Discrimination Commitment and all other required forms as described in Indiana code.
The bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish a separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price before commencing work. The Performance Bond and Payment Bond shall remain in effect throughout the entire construction period.
In addition a Maintenance Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) will be required for a period of one (1) year prior to a final acceptance by the Pulaski County Highway Department. The Pulaski County Commissioners of Pulaski County Indiana reserve the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bidding, award some or all projects in the bid which, in its judgement, will be in the best interest of Pulaski County Indiana. No bid or bid security may be written after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety (90) days.
Project: County Road 200 S between 200 W and State Road 39. Average width of 24 foot wide
and the length is 7 miles long.

o 1 inch wedge and level the surface of the road mentioned above; material does not have
to be virgin material.
o Apply a 1.5" overlay of virgin hot mix asphalt.
