The 136th Airlift Wing is requesting bids for the construction of a complete and usable air-conditioned room to hold charging electrical equipment in building 4176 and the installation of a customer service counter in the aircrew flight equipment section of building 4175 The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to complete the project. Multiple small projects include, wall construction, door installation, HVAC, and electrical work. All work shall be performed in accordance with this statement of work (SOW), associated specifications, and drawings.
