Site work for a water / sewer project in West Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not limited to, cured-in-place (CIP) pipe lining of sewers, CIP spot lining of sewers, testing and sealing service connections, point repairs to sewers, and manhole rehabilitation, including monolithic manhole lining, rebuilding benches and chimneys, and replacement of frames and covers. Bidders can also request documents to be mailed for an additional cost, which will also be provided by Joseph Merritt & Company. Contract documents purchased are not returnable and are non-refundable. Contract documents will also be made available at portal. Drawings and Specifications will be available to view and download. To download, you must register for an account. Registering or purchasing a hard copy of the Contract Documents will place you on the plan holder's list to receive Addendums when issued. Prior to submitting bids, it is the sole responsibility of the contractor, subcontractor, vendor and any and all interested parties submitting bids to review all Addendums at portal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if it deems such to be in the best interest of the City of West Haven.
