The New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from qualified contractors to provide EXTERIOR PAINTING at 16 Mosher Street (NBHA-22-122) federally funded (HUD) public housing development in New Bedford Mass. in accordance with the contract documents. The successful bidder, upon notification to proceed with the work, will be required to complete this project within five (5) calendar days. The estimated contract cost for this project is less than $5,000. All quotes are subject to the provisions of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations at 2 CFR Part 200 200.317-200.326, M.G.L. c.149 44A-J, to minimum wage rates as required by the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276a et seq.), the U.S. Dept. of H.U.D. 7460.8 REV2 each where applicable. The Authority will reject any and all quotes when required to do so by the above referenced General Laws. No quote shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days upon opening of quotes without the consent of the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all quotes, or to reject any or all quotes, in whole or in part, if it be in the public interest to do so.
