As of October 10, 2022, the project has been awarded. Construction is anticipated to commence in late Spring, 2023, and take a year to complete. This contract consists of all labor, equipment and materials to perform the replacement of the Beaver Dam Road Pump Station mechanical and electrical components consisting of, but not limited to the wet well, dry well, pumps, site work, piping, valves, yard hydrant, emergency generator, control panel(s), and wiring, as described in the Drawings and Specifications. The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that the project qualifies for PA Wage Rates. The successful Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. This project is subject to applicable requirements of the Township's Responsible Contractor Ordinance for work valued at over Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 127, Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification, as amended. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of the bids.
