Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bangor, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Estimated range for project is $320,000-$370,000. Bid security in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to "Washington Township", cash or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid amount shall be submitted with each bid. This is a Prevailing Wage job. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. The last day for questions shall be Wednesday June 24, 2020 4:00 PM.
